What is a Doula?

A doula is a trained professional who provides non-medical support during pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period.

Doulas do not replace your doctor, midwife, or nurse. Instead, they complement your care by providing continuous emotional, physical, and informational support.

Our Doulas 

Our referral network includes trained, certified, and emerging doulas from Love Your Training Academy.

Many of our doulas are graduates of our comprehensive training program, while others may be completing certification requirements under mentorship and supervision.

Complete the Doula Request Form.

Step 3

We will identify available doulas who may be a good fit for your needs, preferences, and due date.

Step 4

You will be connected with a potential doula match to schedule a consultation.

Step 5

If the match feels right, you and your doula can move forward with services.
